MEET GRETCHEN JONES

An award-winning fashion director with an MBA from the University of the Arts London, and winner of Project Runway S8, Gretchen transitioned from creative to strategic business advisor and re-focused on helping the community she came from.

A designer by trade, Gretchen combines business acumen with keen aesthetic insight. She uses her skills to inspire leaders to think differently—questioning bias, diagnosing subjectivity, and illuminating intention. All these skills help build her clients’ businesses from the ground up, often supporting them through transition and exit, or working as an external performance coach. Gretchen has helped founders, CEOs, and creative teams incorporate purpose and meaning into their work, increasing bottom line while simultaneously improving our world.
