Before launching her consultancy, Haley spent eight years leading design and product strategy at The Citizenry, where she shaped the brand’s signature aesthetic and supported its rapid growth. Her career began in New York City, designing ready-to-wear and outerwear for brands such as Karl Lagerfeld and Cole Haan, experiences that continue to influence her thoughtful approach to home design. Along the way, she has traveled the globe to collaborate with artisans, finding endless inspiration in handmade traditions and the beauty of ethical production.
