alexa Wildin'g’s Write now

irl writing workshop

Weird Specialty Studio is delighted to host Tivoli-based writer, musician, and teacher Alexa Wilding for an intimate three-hour workshop designed to ground, inspire, and get pens on the page and hands on the heart.

WHAT TO EXPECT

In this nurturing space, you’ll learn her trusted Write Now method—a blend of writing, meditation, and metaphysics—that has helped writers around the world reignite their creative practice and output.

No stranger to writing through difficult times (Alexa is both a cancer mom and a survivor), she’ll guide you in learning how to write through whatever life brings—and how to transform your experiences into your most powerful writing yet: words that not only heal you, but have the potential to serve others, too.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

Any creative using the medium of language & storytelling

Come explore how writing our stories can be both a vehicle for full self-expression and a path to radical, compassionate awakening. Alexa holds a strong, protective container (and brings a killer sense of humor) where writers can safely explore, reflect, and share (or not!) as they step into their true voice.

WHAT YOU’LL TAKE AWAY

You’ll leave with a fresh toolkit, a packet of readings and prompts to take home, and a re-energized practice and plan. But most importantly, you’ll walk away with the confidence to write anytime, anywhere. Write Now.
